Clean Room Services
What is Clean Room Services ?
Clean Rooms as scope; hygienic private rooms with conditioned and controllable ventilation systems.
Design; Parameters such as temperature, humidity, living and inanimate pollutants, air flow directions and pressure should be controlled. Purpose in temperature and humidity control; to provide a comfortable environment for people working in a clean room, except for special conditions arising from the work done. It is imperative to keep the comfort conditions at a very high level so that people working in special clothes in clean rooms do not produce more pollutants.
Performance of Clean Rooms varies depending on the particle concentration in the room. In order to obtain the desired pollution class, the quality of the materials and application teams to be used in clean room design is very high, as well as the quality of testing, measurement and calibration to be carried out during and after the application.
Clean room panels; High pressure pressed laminate (HPL- high-pressure laminantes) with a thickness of at least 2 mm on both sides is used and its internal insulation is made of EPS (30 density) material. Partition panels are produced as resistant to +/- 100 Pa pressure.
Clean rooms are composed of hygienic and leak-proof, flat and easy-to-clean, smooth surface materials that comply with TSE and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Airlock; It is a small room consisting of two doors, with fresh air blowing through hepa filters. In order to keep the pressure values of other rooms intact, the other door cannot be opened until one door is closed. In order to make clean room entrances in accordance with this rule, it is mandatory to use airlock. Passbox systems working with the same principle are used for material entrances. The design of clean rooms is classified according to ISO 14644-1 clean room standard.
